Machine has War Production Board nameplate and underground nuke test sticker

It came out of a portable military machine shop trailer.  The story I was told was that this trailer started life supporting a Nike missile battery.  As best I can tell, the shaper started life during WWII, then was used on the Cold War frontlines, later supported A-bpmb tests, and finally wound up in my garage.
