BRBS = Brushy Run Blacksmith. :-) THe "Forged Lathe Tools" came in a box of tooling with the lathe in the other pictures. I was fascinated that they even still existed. Rather than ever actually use these, I'll probably duplicate them someday and see how successful I am. The Lathe pictures are posted here so I can get help identifying it. There are no markings anywhere that I can find, although they might be painted over. The single change gear chart is the only plate on the entire lathe. It has a 14" swing, and an 8' bed. It came with standard stuff... steady rest, 10" 4-jaw, 6" 3-jaw, face plates, tooling. But all these items are 3rd party vendors. I suspect it was originally a line-shaft driven lathe, though it has been retrofitted with a large 1 hp motor. (deliberately not shown much in the pictures)
