Variable-Speed 12" metalworking lathe, scanned at high resolution.  

The pdf file is 10.6 megabytes in length. Page numbers having a decimal point
are revisions of the original page, so page "12.3" would be revision 3 of 
page 12.  

Many browsers have difficulties in directly displaying this large file, either 
stalling or claiming that the file is damaged.  What works is to download the 
file without displaying it (i.e. save the file to disk), and then display the 
file using Acrobat Reader or the like.
