Another "unflattened Ford"  Zora Arkus Duntov, later of 'Vette fame
got started making this OHV conversion for Ford V-8 flatties.  
Originally designed for utility, to up the HP in truck motors; Ford
Corp turned him down, But Allard in England picked it up.  Both ZA-D &
Allard then produced and mareketed them as a successful racing engine.
