Steve the picture in the Jpeg PMDX130.jpg is the PMDX-130 I have and I can't find any documentation on it. The PMDX-130 in the  archives is laid out different in all respects. I am not sure if this is a newer revision or an older one but wonder of you have a layout of this version somewhere. I know it's old but still serves well but I am wanting to add limit switches and the pin outs seem different. On this board the connections for various purposes are more or less all the way around the board while on the manual I have they are all along one edge..

The serial number and board revision is easily readable in the picture..
