Pedal Repair - Repair of worn clutch pedal from a Hino truck. Picture shows worn hole in clutch pedal where the clevis pin goes through. There was the remains of a sleeve in the pedal, bottom left of photo. It seems hardish and is steel - it's magnetic. It's not bronze. The clevis pin acts directly on the clutch master cylinder. I was planning to mig weld the worn area and machine a new hole for the clevis pin. Should it be re-sleeved? Materials for the sleeve - phos. bronze? TIA 14-01-2008
