Here is a home-made "spindle" to hold Proxxon hand grinder collets. This was made to
fit onto a 1/4" diameter stepper motor shaft and used to regrind small PCB drills (using
the stepper motor as an indexing head). The threaded and tapered part was copied from an
existing Proxxon grinder spindle. The measured runout of several drills mounted into this
adapter was <.0002".
