The changes reflect a couple updates:

RPC_logic_02.jpg deals with how to use an “ice cube” relay which has only 1-NO 
(normally open) contact…the first design used 3 separate NO contacts.

RPC_power_01.jpg deals with how to wire in a “potential relay” as a substitute for the timing relay.  This is possibly a cost savings.
