These are some homemade transfer screws in size 10-32 with a 'wrench" made from a hole drilled and tapped into 3/8" threaded rod. The threaded rod was already drilled to 1/8", as it was a leftover from another project. The pointy part was made from an allen wrench, a short section of which was cut with a cutoff wheel in an angle grinder, and the point made by chucking the short section in a drillpress chuck and going at it with the cutoff wheel. They aren't incredibly precise, but they are cheap and easy enough to put together for when you need one.
