My friend toasted two electric weed whackers trying to
clear a 1/4 acre lot. She gave them to me for parts.
I pressed the broken spool mechanism off one of the
whackers and fitted the whacker with a 'Grass Gator'
bladed head. The arbor for the head was a 12 mm
bolt, throughdrilled and epoxied to the motor shaft.
