This is a pic of a #5 Greenard arbor press, serial number 14.  Came up
in rec.crafts.metalworking in reply to Russ Kepler <russ@kepler-eng.com>
post about arbor presses.

I have a friend that used a 1/2 ton Atlas for many years.  One night I was
sitting at his house and he was showing me his "dream" arbor press.  One
of those big 10 or 15 ton Dake presses in the catalog.  He was going on
about high price they were and how great they were.  He just about shit a
brick when I told him that I had seen a #5 Greenard press earlier that
evening and that the dealer only wanted $400 for it.  It did need some
work and cleaned ( I should say _*CLEANED*!!!_ ) and painted.  Needless to
say, that by the end of the week he had that one ton bastard home.  I get
to crush soda cans to 1/8" thickness with it every time I visit his home,
fun.  The serial number on it is 14, yep just 14, nothing else.
