Here is yet another version of the "threads" program.  This is version 4 as
adapted for Windows by John Beidl.

It is a zipfile, containing the executable, and another zipfile containing
the source code as adapted for Windows.

The name of the file is "Threadsw.zip", and this file is "Threadsw.txt".
