I am now in the process of getting off the rust and accumulated grime. I would appreciate any lathe rebuilding advice. What are the most needed accessories that one can make, as the budget is small, and yes I know I need to get the motor working. I am planning a setup ala Gingery. A better toolpost holder would be a place to start. As to the cleaning I was trying TSP and giving a good oil rub down after. What are the thoughts on repainting the green? What kind of paint might this be? Finally I would be really interested in getting some more info about the machine if anyone recognizes it. TGhe bed consists of two raised V's on ether side.
