Fitch provided the following description: ------------------------------------------------------------------ Weld-curve.gif is a scan of the page in my Lincoln Ranger 8 owners manual that shows what the voltage/current curves look like at the lowest amp range and the highest amp range. The variation within a range where it incersects the horizontal axis is caused by adjusting the continuous current adjustment knob that goes from 0 to 10 in each range, where 0 is at the low current end, and 10 is the high current end.
