These are drawings of a quick change toolpost. Posted by

This is a small quick change toolpost. I've developed based on 
John Stevenson's design

but taken into account Fitch R. Williams' remarks in 
rec.crafts.metalworking concerning the TOP (tail on post) 
and TOH (tail on holder) arrangement. Thus this is a TOP 
design, unlike John Stevenson's TOH one. The toolpost will 
be made by a friend for me, but still there are a few weeks 
until he can start the job. Thus I am open to any suggestions 
to improve the design. The drawings don't contain all screws, 
bolts and nuts, just the three main parts. The sizes are in 
millimeters and the rods (blue on the drawing) that help to 
set up the correct size of the tails, have 10mm diameter.
