These are pictures of a taper attachment for an Atlas lathe.

I recently acquired part of what looks like an Atlas Model 700 
taper attachment, pictures of which are depicted in the first two 
images above.  The third image contains scans of a picture and 
diagram of the attachment from my Atlas Manual.

I'd like to install this on my early '50s Craftsman 12x36 lathe, 
but am missing several parts.  It looks like the parts should be 
pretty easy to make, but it would help to get a scan or copy of the 
manual for this attachment or drawings of the missing parts if anyone
else out there in cyber space has had to go through the same thing.
