FILENAMES: sbmilling.JPG DESCRIPTION: This is a picture of a metric Southbend milling attachment for a lathe. Posted by Esben Beck . Esben provided the following description: ================================================================= Hello all, I do have a South Bend vertical milling attachment which I found at a flea market several years ago (before I got myself a lathe). Now, I have a vertical milling attachment for my Myford Super 7 - not to mention my new (old) 9 x 32 universal milling machine. So I guess I won't be needing the SB attachment, then. The milling attachment can be seen at: http://www.metalworking.com/dropbox/sbmilling.jpg It's in good condition; scraping marks highly visible on the contact areas of the ways. Vise shows very little use. Surface rust on the base. Metric leadscrew, pitch 2,5 mm. However, I do not have enough magazines and literature related to our hobby. I want back issues of HSM, MEW, PIM. Hard to find in Norway. Who wants to swap? How about letting 1 Kilogram of vertical milling attachment equal 1 kilogram of assorted back issues? Regards, Esben
