Mike provided the following description: ================================================================= DESCRIPTION These are jpegs of the leveling mounts that were made to facilitate leveling my Craftsman 12x36 lathe. My lathe has three mounting holes (2 at the headstock end and 1 at the tailstock end) and it was a real PITA to try leveling it with shims. This method took a while to make but leveling is a much quicker operation now. The downside is that this method probably reduces the rigidity of the lathe, which is already a weak point with the Atlas/Craftsman lathes.
