Here is a device that I have that solves the problem of sharpening drill
bits. It has no collets to lose or get damaged by over tightening and
attaches to 6" delta and similar bench grinders. It is made of all steel
construction and is simple to operate.

It will sharpen 0-3/4" cap drills regardless of length or shank type and
the point angle can be set to produce other angles.
