As luck would have it, I had printed the data 
for my Mery Explosive Engine that I'm building
all be it slowly.

I checked and flash.net is no longer.

Pyroware, a member of metalworking news group
had a web page on Ring making.  And lists
Strictly IC issue 7,8,and 9 as the place to go.

The pdf is a scanned version - source code is not available.
The file size is larger due to the scanning needs.
