I do have a copy of The Shaping Machine, by Ian Bradley. I bought it From a
place in the US  I found with Bibliofind .com, My wife found out what I
paid for it ($36us/$60cdn) and I am only allowed to take it out of its gilt
frame on the mantle when I have my white gloves on.
I have the power down feed on my list of things to make, I think that I may
try to simplify it some though.
Toolholders are underway, then a new clapper, then the downfeed, then...
