The following description was provided:

Taphead1.jpg through taphead4.jpg are pictures of
a tapping head.  There used to be a nameplate, the
screw holes are visible on the side of the unit in
photo #4.  However, the nameplate is long gone.
Can anyone identify the maker and model of this 
tapping head?  The ID of the spindle nose is 3/8", 
and the arbor is Morse 2.
