The top shelve is angled to allow easy viewing from a standing and sitting position and I purposefully made the cart rather wide to make it very stable. Since building it I have changed to a larger cylinder and I need to extend the cylinder support a bit. 03/06/2002 09:14p 82,413 Cart250Front.jpg 03/06/2002 09:17p 64,935 Cart250rear.jpg 03/06/2002 09:15p 62,055 Cart250Side.jpg This is a cart I made for a Miller 250DX, I have purposefully not painted it yet, something I learned from my previous projects was to use the cart for a few weeks to ensure everything is were I want it and that I don't have to make any modifications prior to painting. I have found that it doesn't have a enough places to hang cables, helmets and stuff. So I plan to make those changes soon and get it painted, now that spring is here. The core of this cart is a pallet stand frame which I picked up at a fixture sale at a local lumber yard. 03/06/2002 09:18p 71,743 CartIdealArcFront.jpg 03/06/2002 09:19p 60,515 CartIdealarcRear.jpg I ran across this Idealarc that came out of a trade school, and built the cart for it using the same pallet rack rectangular core which I used in the 250 cart. 03/06/2002 09:21p 80,694 CartTableFront.jpg This is a modified version of a OA welding and cutting table that I found in one of the Lincoln welding project books. I still need to cut some sheet metal to form a funnel for the cutting side, but overall I am happy with it.
