The following description was provided: ================================================================= Clausing_5914_follow_rest.txt Here are some tracings I made of an OEM follower rest for a Clausing 5900 series lathe. The original casting is thin wall (hollowed out from the rear side). One could easily duplicate this as a fabrication from 1" thick steel plate. I traced the steady and then provided dimensions. I wish I had a larger scanner bed as the file will come in two pieces. Please note that all dimensions may not have been provided. Use your imagination or contact me with questions.
