These are  pictures of the low cost "Frog" CNC widget in use.

The following description was provided:

The zip file "Frog-pics.zip" contains pictures of the Frog 
"cheap CNC" installation on my Toyo (Sakai) ML210 lathe/mill.

The pictures are pretty self-explanatory.  While I was at it, 
the machine got treated to a Phase II micro quick-change toolpost, 
HSS insert tooling, and nice new Sherline adjustable handwheels 
to replace the plastic OEM junk that came with it.

A third stepper motor and bracket is on order for the mill z-axis, 
so I will be able to swap the controllers around as needed..
