Hardinge Horizontal Mill Speed and Feed Chart

I run my UM Hardinge mill on a VFD for 3-phase power and speed control.  
The Excel table shows the spindle RPMs based on each motor pulley setting, 
VFD frequency, and High or Low speed setting of the Hardinge Motor.

Fellow VFD users can easily change the spindle speed by dialing the correct 
VFD frequency.

Space has been provided to insert the inches per minute (IPM) of table 
travel at each spindle speed setting and table drive belt setting.  When/If 
I get the chart completed, I will upload that.

The speeds were taken with a digital tachometer and measure the actual 
speed of my spindle.  Yours may vary slightly, so adjust the constants at 
the bottom of the spreadsheet to have it recalculate for your mill.

The chart will easily fit landscape mode on an 8.5 x 11 page if you hide 
the table travel columns.
