These are pictures of a shop built power shear.

  These are shots of the power shear I got at
my former employers auction. The interesting 
thing about this shear is it's history. It was
originally built by my former employers dad when
he was 16 (he's about 75 now). It was made with
a worm gear box from a old maintainer. The 
connecting rod inside is interesting but I've not
got a shot of it yet. It'll handle about 3/8"x2"
max or unlimited lengths of thinner stock. Thicker
than that and I start worrying about the crank pin.
