The following description was provided: ================================================================= Need help identifying this shaper. It is a 10 inch with a lever clutch and a universal tilting table! The vise is 7" wide with a 7-8" capacity. The motor is underneath and has 5 speeds (step pulleys.) The drive may be jury rigged but it is extremely well done. No name plate or decal anywhere. One brass plate looks like it was added later and just says "S-1". The link connecting the eccentric to the ratchet is broken in the picture. The pipe coming out of the lower right side is the elevating crank.
