The following description was provided: ================================================================= This bar feeder was built with discarded air cylinders and valves. It is controlled by an Allen Bradley Micrologic which I had to buy. The plc runs other things in my shop besides the bar feeder. A customer called with a hot production job. He knew I had this saw with the bar feeder. He needed 1200 3/16 dia aluminum pieces sawed off .218 long. It took some tweeking of the timers but now it runs 1200 pieces per hour. Customer increased order to 2400. In the PIC barfeeder 2 and 3 show my laptop and boat trailer plugs connecting the barfeeder to the PLC for quick disconnect. PIC 3 is the electrical cabinet.
