These are pictures of a housing machined from a large aluminum block.

Hi:

	These pics are of a Housing I finished up machining today (June 16, 2003).  
It's 10.200" X 8.500" X 3.500" and made out of 6061 aluminum.  I roughed it with 3/4"
inserted end mill at 7,500 RPM and 60 Inches Per Minute, with the depth of cut being 
0.125" per pass.  It took about 27 tools to complete, and we only have a 20 tool carrosel.
