It`s a beatifully made Swiss machinetool , and could in those days (`50s and `60s) be absolutely loaded with extra`s , that is , if you were prepared to double the price of the machine.... For some more info see practicalmachinist.com , the deckel-forum there. -`mainhead` shows the VERRY universal main milling head , it can achieve any angle in any plane... -`flexibleshaft` shows...indeed a flexible shaft , used for powering the feed on the highspeed head from the x-axis spindle. -`photo` shows the entire macine , also a picure from the manual. -`specsheet` is an image of the specsheet , I hope you like the metric system and are able to at least read german. :-)
