Posted by JR North . The following description was provided: ================================================================= Pics and notes on the construction of my Tig Cart for my Lincoln Square Wave Tig 175 Pro. The Cart is constructed of 1 1/4" square tubing, with all corners miter cut at 45°. It measures 32"X13.5"X15" high, including the castors and wheels. The front castors are swivel. The rear wheels are 6". The cart was Mig welded, And has an expanded steel grate for a floor. I prefer this for my carts over sheet steel, because they stay clean, as dirt/shop debris falls through. It was designed to accept up to a 7" Argon bottle, which is what it has now (55 CF). The Cart was painted with black epoxy enamel. The drawer is constructed from 20 GA galvanized steel, which I formed on the 30" shear/brake/slip roll. It measures 13 L X 10 W X 8.5 H .All the upper drawer and divider edges are rolled for a smooth edge. The drawer is pop riveted together. It uses 2 14" ball bearing drawer slides, which rest on the Cart's lower rails. They are retained by pop riveting to angle brackets at the rear. The front vertical beams are relieved, so the drawer slides are flush with the drawer opening. The drawer compartments are: ground clamp stick electrode holder and cable Tig torch and hose assy Amptrol foot pedal and cable The ground clamp compartment face is relieved to allow the drawer to close completely over the ground cable.
