Two test gears made from .220" acrylic sheet and cut on a Bridgeport vertical mill with
 a dividing head.

The tooth profile is a rather arbitrarily determined 3/16" wide 1/2 round cut (3/16" end
 mill) with an 1/8" land. This is obviously not a "legitimate" gear profile, but it seems
 to mesh fine and should be adequate for the low speeds and loads involved.
