A recent discussion in r.c.m. about cutting aluminum with a circular saw prompts these pictures. Shown is 3" thick AL cut with a carbide blade in a DeWalt circular saw. Two passes and total depth is about 1.750. The material is being sliced and diced for meat tenderizer mallet heads, a freshman project in our school shop. Errol Groff H.H.
