Plasma Cutter / Mig Welder Cart

Here are a few shots of a cart I built for my plasma cutter and mig welder.
As my shop space is very limited I put both units on the same cart and also
designed the top of the cart to act as a workbench.

Materials I used are:

1 1/2" .095 tubing for the frame
3/16" x 2" flat bar for the workbench top
1/8" x 2" flat bar for the tank holder
Misc parts made from 1/8" sheet steel
5" 375lb castors

One nice feature of the cart is the air chuck connector for the plasma cutter. I ran a short air
hose from the cutter to the cart. From the cart I have a tab with a quick release for the air
hose. This way I can wheel the cart around without putting a lot of stress on the air connection
at the plasma cutter.
