These pictures show the method I used to unload a Hardinge 
TM mill from a pickup truck. I took advantage of an earth 
bank in the backyard. 

Hardinge_load.jpg shows Dave Ficken using a fork lift to 
place the machine in the truck. I had made a pallet to 
serve as a sled in unloading.

Hardinge_trestle.jpg shows the rails of the trestle in place.

Hardinge_on_ground.jpg shows the mill on the pallet, resting 
on the ground.
