Here is a milling attachment I rigged up for my Wards lathe.  It is made from a cheap 
cross slide vise (Homier, Cummins, Harbor Freight $20.00 special).  I bought it several 
years ago to try milling on my small drill press.  After that failure it sat in the 
corner till last night.  I cut off the bottom dovetails and mounted the remainder to 
a piece of heavy angle scrap.  It is very crude but it does work.  It is a much better
use than what I had intended it for.
