These show a neat little "dog house" I made for my 5HP idler motor. The motor, as can be seen, is mounted on isolation pads. The dog house keeps everything dry and has screens for ventilation. I don't have photos of the electrical right now, but I'll try to get them. It is all 24V low voltage controlled... very nice and quiet. Unfortunately this dog house will be going "bye, bye" in the near future because it won't fit my 10HP motor (this is 5HP). I need the new motor to power my CNC lathe... :( I'll still employ the same technique, however, because it makes for a *very* quiet shop. I have an indicator light so I know when the system is running (in truth, I can hear just a slight hum) phase_conv_doghouse01.jpg phase_conv_doghouse02.jpg phase_conv_doghouse03.jpg
