i wanted to make a "less is more" concept tig cart, try to keep it as 
simple as possible. and i wanted it to look, as nearly as i could muster,
"factory made".  after i finished i realized i could have simply bolted
the wheels directly to the tig but, oh well...   i didn't like the way 
Lincoln designed the bracket that the tank is secured to so i designed 
something that bolts to teh rear handle.  i designed the cart so it could
be used as a "handle" when loading it into and out of a pick-up truck, 
and that could be used to tie ropes to, to secure it during transport.  
i was actually quite proud of it when i finished it and wanted to show it 
to you guys.
