Belcrank mount for control line stunt.  The long aluminum bar 
is a pivot for the nylon belcrank; the cap fits over the small
end of the bar to locate the belcrank.  The whole business is 
installed into 1/4" holes drilled in 1/8" plywood plates that tie
into the wing spar for an uber-strong assembly.
