Needlechain.txt Looking for a source for this food equipment conveyor chain. These chains were originally used on Bizerba Slicer/Stackers used in deli departments of grocery stores. The carriage moves the product past the spinning blade, which slices off a slice of ham, or cheese or whatever, and the chains (on a framework) rotate, picking up the sliced product on the needles and hold it in position until and "arm" slaps it down into a stack, then the next slice gets deposited on the stack, etc, etc. The chain is comprised of smallish links, with the needle "welded" in the center of a link and perpendicular to the travel of the chain. This is an older design, and the newer chain (which will not work on the older machines) is made with the needles formed as part of the link, instead of a separate welded needle. Some company obviously made these chains for Bizerba - but sources are becoming rare. If anyone knows where to get this chain, a "spool" wouldn't be too much to purchase. Thanks for any help.
