These pics show the fabrication and mounting of an Audi A4 1.8T main cooling
fan to my '23 T-Bucket radiator. This fan is very powerful, and will hold the engine
on the thermostat even in stop/go traffic.
bucketfan01 shows: The basic construction consisting of 1/2" square tubing,
1/8" thick 1" angle and 1 1/2" flat bar. The fan mounting ring
was formed on my Tubing Roller:
