This is a  hoist I made out of 3X3X1/4 square tube and an 8 ton 
ram.  This is the heavies thing i've ever put on it.  There were 
several failures related to this pic prior to this picture being 
made.

Notice the vertical beam, bowing.  Never intended this to be used 
for such a load.
