This is an Excel spreadsheet that lists the various shims required for use with a
lay down type threading tool for different pitch threads.  These shims are used to correct 
for the different helix angles involved with the various pitches.

Inch and metric are listed.  It also has a "safe" Z start distance calculator for the
various pitches.  I've never used this so I can't comment.
