Dumore Portamill # 2 being used to machine parts off of a 
jointer motor housing, and off a stock feeder, to allow them
to mate up and align when the feeder is in the full down position.

(The milling operation on both assmeblies is to correct an 
interference.)

Shows how machines can be milled in place.  For instance if 
the assmembly is too large, or too inconvenient to take apart
and load on a stationary milling machine.  Drilling and boring
operations can be performed as well in several axes, depending on
orientation of the swiveling spindle.
