This jointer apparently spent some time in the rain.  The cutterhead
jack screws were seized in place and would not go up or down.  Solution
was to make a pair of opposed wedges just the size ofthe pocket.
Along one edge, a groove was milled to catch under the jack.  It still
took a amazing amount of force to remove many of the screws and jacks.
