R & A Machine Co cam indexer for sharpening the ends of tools with 
relief.  Depending on setting of the screw knobs on each side, will 
sharpen 1,2,3,4 or 6 flutes, RH or LH.  Amount of relief behind the 
cutting edge depends on how far in each screw is turned.  ("Tighten")
to increase amount of lift/ relief.  I am not sure how one is supposed
to gage this, though.  Perhaps indicate a square end mandrel before
starting on a tool?
