Photo essay on making brazed carbide slotter for woodworking shaper.  
Also a round-over cutter to profile the end of the tongue on the
matching board edge.  Shows a set of tools for making various
thickness tongue & groove boards such as for panneling or ceiling
boards.  Mild steel (A36) is used for the cutter bodies.  Carbide 
strip is knicked on a diamond wheel and snapped to length for the 
teeth.  Generally C2 carbide.  Adjustable shop made fixture for
locating the teeth when brazing. (Silver soldering).  Grinding of 
the carbide is on a Cincinnati #2 tool & cutter grinder, diamond 
wheels, 150 and 220 grit.
