set up for inexpensive grinding of carbide scrapers. 
The (mist) coolant is very effective at keeping the
wheel form loading - essentially eliminates dressing
with a norbide stick.  The tool rest is just a block
with a 3deg angle round on the rest surface, blocked
off on the magnet.
