Clapper for my Whitcomb Blaisdell planer.  Taper pin was worn
and bore was wallered out in the clapper.  Clapper to box was 
"not too bad" but I wanted everything tight.  Rescraped box and 
clapper where necessary, and made wedge gib to take up lost
space.  Wedge gib is hardened O-1.  New taper pin is hardened S7.
1/4" per ft taper pin reamer was re-sized out of a junk brige reamer.
